This is exactly what happened to one surfer who toyed with the idea of seeing me before his surf trip, but just didn't get around to it. How It Works

 
We weren't designed with an inbuilt need to workout 3 times a week at a gym for an hour or more in order to hit the physical goals we need. If programming is smart, we can easily hit these goals in little time, but this also doesn't mean you need to smash yourself in a high intensity burpee fuelled sweatfest either. Clever programming involves targeting common weaknesses and addressing them in short bursts and sporadically throughout the week, depending on your available time.  
 
The program also uses what is called Incidental exercise to get the most benefit in a short period of time. Each day you will have a simple exercise to visit for a minute or less, here and there throughout your day, that will rapidly accelerate your results.
