How long is the membership?

As long as you like. You will be billed monthly and can cancel anytime.

What happens after the 30 day intro?

You will be granted access to the full membership platform containing an even greater array of classes and content to keep you progressing on your journey to better movement and performance. Content is regularly updated, and available as long as you stay a member. The first 30 days is designed to get you comfortable with the system, and ensuring you aren't overwhelmed with what to do when you reach the full site.

Will I still be able to ask questions and get advice after the 30 days?

Of course. A big drawcard of this platform is the opportunity to get my advice at any time you need, without the expense and time commitment of trying to see me face to face. 

Do I need to be bendy to do this?

Not at all. The classes cater to all levels. If anything, those with the most issues and least bendiness will probably see the greatest results from the programs
